Was surprised this wasn't up yet since most of you are on to the next day soon. My day was good. Low calories and really not hungry lately. This is in sharp contrast to my wanting to eat all the time. I think the weight loss enhancers and the heat are working to control that. lol

Well on to the next day. :)
