Change of plans

I had planned to do a week of juicing/smoothies only but it just doesn't feel great to me. I'm eating fruit all morning, juicing/green smoothie for my afternoon meal and a light, grain free, primarily veggies dinner. I'm also practicing eating only when I'm hungry, not to satisfy other needs.
I've lost a little over four pounds this week. :bigsmile:

Great job! Honestly, this may be the way I do it, too. I don't think I can give up while food altogether, and since my primary goal is to get more fruits and veggies into my diet, I think what you are doing may work for me as well. If it helps me lose a few extra pounds, then that's good, too!0

Nice! I find it tough to get time to eat at work so the greens drinks are really working well. I make an absolutely huge one and that takes me through my work. My work is sedentary though.
Today is beet greens, a large beet, kale and pineapple. YUM!0
