New to BBL

Hi all! I am new to BBL and I did my first day and my leggs and butt were so sore! I am still in my first week but haven't been able to do all of the workouts because of soreness. Anyone else doing BBL starting within the past couple of weeks?

I really haven't been on a set schedule with it - I need to be! I really like the Cardio Axe and Tummy Tuck..when I should be doing the Sculpt and High & Tight, haha. I still struggle to get through all of Bum Bum and still experience soreness.

I am just starting week three. I have yet to be able to completely get through the Bum Bum..almost able to though. My favorites are high and tight and sculpt. I was sore kicking off my first day with Bum Bum but I kept going. The next time Bum Bum came around though..no soreness at all.0
