    a satisfying walk for me compared to my dog are completely different!

    if i'm specifically walking to get Jax out then we hike the hills around a local creek, off leash, for 2-4 hours. he's like a freakin mountain goat RUNNING up and down cliffs, scaling decent waterfalls, zipping around using fallen trees and roots as hurdles. such a show off.....

    but of course he always gets to come with if i go for a casual walk down the road or through a park, usuallly about an hour. :)

    Mine goes for at least 2 miles sometimes 3 miles every day I the hills.

    <== My dog Cisco is walked by my retired Dad 2-3 times per day. At dawn, at dusk and sometimes in the afternoon. Each walk is typically about 30 minutes. They usually walk about 2-3 miles per day. Cisco is not in favor of pooping in his own backyard, so not going for walks is out of the question! My Dad or I will take him to the dog park usually a couple times per month.
