Tasty thing I made this weekend

I made Greek-inspired grilled chicken breast for a dinner party over the weekend that was super-tasty, so I thought I would share it here.
Take chicken breasts. Marinade in lemon juice with just a splash of olive oil. Season with oregano and grill. The only change I would make in the future would be to use chicken scalopini. A delicious side salad we made was chopped tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, and salt. Romania isn't exactly Mediterranean, but I figure it's the same ingredients.
