DAILY CHALLENGE!!

Hey all!
Let's start doing a daily challenge!

8/20/2012- 100 squats!!
Let's get a nice round bottom to show off in our Halloween costumes! I like to do them in increments of 20 throughout the day. Grab a weight for more of a challenge!

    I'm down today! I play softball on Mondays, so when I'm in the field, I always squat before each pitch. It makes a big difference! I'll try to get in some before then too!
