Ok, so...now that I have purchased my new supercool GPS watch, I need to make sure I have my runs scheduled. I should run much faster now, because we all know that the watch will make the difference!
My plan for my workouts this week are as follows:
Monday: Treadmill workout with inclines
Tuesday: Maybe a class or a workout with cardio/weights
Wednesday: 1 hr run outside (weather permitting, of course)
Thursday: Boot Camp
Friday: Off day?
Saturday: 1 hour am run outside
Anyone else???

For me, my weeks are a little tricky.
IDK what kind of schedule I will have for a few weeks. (SIGH)0 -
Just my FYI. I've learned if I do miles instead of time I run them quicker lol. Cause then I know the faster I run the faster I'm done! lol.
This week;
Monday: Insanity - 1.3 mile run with mom (she's training for a 5k)
Tuesday: 5 mile run then 1.3 miles with mom.
Wenesday - Insanity
Thursday - Insanity - 1.6 miles with mom.
Friday - Insanity - horseback riding0 -

I am doing a Bridge to 10K program...This week is a 5 min warm up with 2 intervals of 24 minute run/3 minute walk and another 5 min cool down...I used to do the mileage, also...I will return to that later!0 -

I know, girl! That's why I plan out the week based on what I know my schedule will probably be. I usually end of changing it around. But, if anyone wants to meet up for a run, let me know!0 -
