Hockey Season Almost Starting

Hi All,
Thought I'd take a moment and introduce myself. First up - not a goalie, but this is the closest forum I could find for hockey players and not fans.
I'm really exciting that the season is almost starting. I play womens hockey in a small town in Ontario and this year we are expecting to be running two teams. Last year was the first year I ever put on a pair of boys skates (at 47 yrs old) and had a stick on the ice. What a rush! We played our pee wee girls that won the provinical championship and all I saw was a blurr of ponytails - but it was still lots of fun.
