Ok I'M SO FORGETFUL... when & where is our next meet & walk( & stretch) Really enjoyed Lake Atlanta

    I think the suggestions were botanical gardens in Fayetteville, or something about a duck walk in Bella Vista??

    Hey, you guys choose. I'm just the moderator to keep out the moles and trolls. This is a GROUP effort! I am good with anything on Sunday afternoons (except Labor Day).

    Afraid I won't be able to join in this weekend, I promised my dad I'd stay down at his house this weekend and go to church with him Sunday. I won't be back until after dark.

    I suggest having the next Meet & Walk on Sept 9. This coming sunday looks like a rain out. Duck walk then following meet up at the Botanical gardens.

    Where are we walking this weekend? Which day and when?

    I made me two pictures last night, have a goal to lose 10 pounds by Halloween and another 10 by Christmas. One's a pumpkin with 1-10 in a circle around it. The other's a Christmas Tree with 1 through 10 in ornaments :)

    It helps to see them on my laundry room door every day, reminds me what I'm working toward!
