The Start of a New Semester

Hey Everyone! It's that time of year again, back to the hectic and fun times in college. I hope everyone had a great summer (I know some of you may still be on break unlike me who's had her first day of classes) Over the summer I read this weight loss book aimed towards college students called:

Secrets to Losing Weight in College
"How I reversed the Freshman 15 & lost 120 in One Year"
Written By: Bennett Gavrish

It was a really good and helpful book, that I recommend that everyone read.

There are Four Super Important Rules:

1. Drink ONLY water and milk
2. Cut out ALL snacks out of your food intake
3. DO NOT eat after 9pm
4. Sleep AT LEAST 8 hours every night


The first rule is easy, the second is a little tougher but you can do it, the third rule will be tough in the beginning but it will get easier... the hardest rule for us to follow will be rule number 4 because of some of our college work... but hey if this Bennett Gavrish guy can do it so can we!!
