Why does my sight get blurry when I am eating low calories? Does this happen to anyone else? :(

yes, Mine did before I got treatment. I can't remember the exact way they described it to me but in general it is the lack of nutrients in the brain and it is misfiring and not connecting. That is also where the brain fog come in as well. Your grey matter in your brain shrinks and this is not good but can usually come back with proper eating. It is a sign that your body and organs are taking hits from you not eating enough. Please eat more! organs are muscles and as they atrophy some functions may not come back completely. I wish I could explain more but this was told to me when I did have the brain fog. As scary as it is go to Cleveland clinic and find out where you stand medically. It is important for you to understand what you and many of us are or have done to ourselves.
