I read that site all the time, and I think she's probably 100% right. I just wish I had the courage to follow the recovery guidlines. I just don't dare. But I think she's absolutely genuine and the explanations of eds and recovery make much more sense to me than any others I've come across.
  • How can I find her blog? Who is she?

I , myself, think that it is quite a reasonable approach, but same as you, still dont have the courage to embrace it. The amount of c that need to be consumed just frightening me.
I just want to know, anybody here have tried it? How was it?
and how do you get that huge amount of calorie in your diary? I was just wondering though.
Sorry if this is triggering, but I am trying to recover. :'(

It is dangerous to eat such high calories and most of those that follow eating 2500 calories plus over shoot and gain rapidly causing edema, pains, discomfort.I tried it and was a great set up for relapse especially if not mentally ready. She uses mini-maudsley approach geared towars adults.
