Does anyone here use hemp hearts?

I am not talking about maryjane....but actual hemp hearts.

I have recently started adding them to my morning smoothie and am finding that I have to force myself to eat my lunch time salad. (which is now half the size it normally is). Has anyone else found their appetites significantly reduced? ( like from morning until supper time)

I posted a similar thread in food and nutrition but just got jokes about it.

    I use hemp hearts about three times a week, but I've only tried it in smoothies. I wasn't even aware it's supposed to suppress your appetite, but when I think about it, it didn't seem to effect my appetite at all. Then again, maybe I'm not eating enough of them. How much do you put in your smoothie?

    I usually add @15g to oats for breakfast along with @ 15g of other milled seeds (e.g. flax, pumpkin, sesame). I find them easier / nicer to eat than hemp seeds themselves so will eat more. I'll also add them to sauces etc. in an evening meal. Not sure if they suppress my appetite or not.
