know it's early, but for those early birds and people in a different time zone, here it is!
You know the drill!
CSW: Challenge Start Weight
LWW: Last week's weight
CW: Current Weight
LO: Loss of (this week)
TLO: Total loss of (during challenge)
LTG: pound left to reach challenge goal
I will post mine tomorrow morning when I weigh-in.
*Also, regarding the last weigh -in, what we will do is make a thread for one last weigh-in after this one. You can weigh in on the 29th or the 31st, whichever makes more sense to you. I will be weighing in on the 31st instead of the 29th, because I am moving on to the second 90 day challenge and it makes sense to me to get my ending weight for this challenge and my starting weight for the next challenge all in the same day. *

I have to say, this is a conservative accounting. I think my weight is more like 189 or even less. But, it's Wednesday morning that counts
2 more pounds to go for this challenge, but hopefully more in two weeks.0 -

Yay! I met and exceeded my goal for this challenge (to get down to 175). Depending on what my weight is next week, I will probably make my goal weight for the next challenge be 155 or 160.
