I have two short term goals:
1. No alcohol M-Th.
2. At least 30 min of exercise per day.
Should we work toward one goal at a time? What is our time limit?0 -
My first one is no alcohol at all until i meet my 30 lb goal. Hmmm....30 mins a day sounds like a great idea!
Time limit....what do you say 5 lbs in 2 weeks?0 -
Dang girl, that's pretty aggressive! Especially since I haven't lost a pound in over 2 months! I guess all I can do is my best, right? :happy:0
