Hi Everyone, my name is Francine, I just started CTL on This past Sunday the 19th. Its going pretty good for me so far. WE will see how good I guess when I weigh in on Saturday. I joined weight watchers in November and lost 18 lbs, but then I stopped going, so i picked back up on my Food Lovers Fat Loss system....I lost 41 lbs total. I started at 362.2 Lbs, and had no plateaud at 321.4 so I bought Chris Powells book, and now I am on my way. I read the Book and was very confused...but being the crazy woman that I am made an quick reference guide on Excel. Now i just look on my fridge door and pick from each column.

That sounds like a wicked little help, I know I just read the book this weekend and right now it leaves me scratching my head... all... well not "all" but most of my protein choices come with fat so I'm not sure how we're to "avoid fat" on high carb day and then have it on low carb days... is it added fats like the salad dressings etc that we're to avoid? If it's added then I'm golden as I don't use dressings.
The meal suggestions in the book will at least get me started as I'm eager to get this off.
Got my list of 5 "things" down on paper where I can see them on my ... not so good days... and remember what I'm doing this for0
