My version of Choose to Lose Pizza

Options
This is a great way to get your craving of pizza...Bradley's Turkey Pepperoni Pizza:


Enrico's - Pizza Sauce, 1/4 cup
Kontos - Multigrain Pizza Parlor Crust, 1 crust (79g)
Generic - Hormel Turkey Pepperoni Per Slice, 17 slice
Lucerne - Low Miosture Part Skim Mozzarella, 3/8 cup
(you can substitute grilled chicked to reduce the sodium; or add steamed veggies…onions, peppers, are great!)

Preheat oven to 400
Heat pizza sauce (microwave or stove top)
Warm pepperoni's in microwave
Brush pizza crust with olive oil
Add spices to pizza crust
Heat pizza crust for 3-5 minutes (adds a little crispiness)
Top pizza crust with sauce, spread evenly
Top sauce with mozzarella cheese
Top cheese with pepperoni's
Place pizza on cookie sheet
Place in oven for 5-9 minutes until bubbly. (for crispier crust place pizza directly on oven rack)

One mini-pizza is only 435 calories!

    I second the pizza... we do the same and add veggies from the garden... onions/green pepper/jalapenos but cook it all in the oven to keep the veggies crisp. Also my wife has cooked the same thing with summer squash slices and fresh garlic. I was skeptical but it was great and filling.
