    Before I started with MFP I lost 3lbs. Haven't lost anymore. Maintaining current weight of 173lbs. I am thinking the muscles are kicking since I am very active in Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing and gym.

    228 lbs - lost 2.4 lbs this week (total 7 lbs in 2 wks so far) only 3 more to go :) WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!!!
