What is your work out routine? Diet plan?

Would love to get some ideas to switch up my current routine, whether it be work out ideas or diet! So let me hear em' !

    I am on the 17 day diet. I am on cycle 3 right now but am restarting with cycle 1 tomorrow. I work out with Jillian Michaels videos (30 Day Shred and Trouble Zones, alternating days). I alternate the stationary bike and the elipitical too. I have these alternating exercises for a total of one hour a day. Every 3 days or so I go on a 2 hour hike with the kids (I carry baby so that counts as a 15-20 pound backpack)

    For me I walk most morning and use the elipitical. I play game on the xbox with my kids ( big workout but fun). as far as my diet I dont have one at this point. In the last year I have learn how to eat smaller meals.
