I am beyond excited to find this group. Not only does this site provide motivation for a healthier lifestyle but I can also talk with other parents who have children on the 'autism spectrum ', amazing. My names Trina, I started my healthier lifestyle and exercise program about a week and a half ago, 4lbs down & super excited. I have four munchkins - a one year old, possibly on the spectrum we are watching him closely due to his sibblings diagnosis, a six year old, an eight year old son on the severe end of the spectrum and a nine year old daughter with aspergers. Feel free to add me, would love to have more friends in the same boat I'm in & to share crazy stories and inspiration with.
