Hello,
I have layers of goals right now and am just taking them a day at a time. One of my best friends is getting married 12/1/2012 and I am her maid of honor, then I am getting married on 5/23/2013. Also, her bachelorette party and my birthday are the same weekend 9/14/12.
So I had a few goals set and so far it is working pretty well. First, I wanted to be down 18-20 pounds by 9/14/12 which would take my weight from 164 to 146-144. My next goal is for my weigh in on 10/22/2012 (I weigh on Mondays) which is two months from now; I'd like to be down to 139. The lower the weight, the harder it gets so I am trying to be realistic when setting my goals. My goal weight is 125 and I hope to by there before April first. I'd really like to make some fitness pals to chat with throughout my journey. I don't know about you ladies, but the fiance, however proud, is just not the motivation I need. I usually go online each day and read people's stories and that helps to keep me going. If anyone has anything to share let me know!
