Can you praise Him for your weight issues?

I've been thinking lately about how we should praise and thank God, even for our trials. Maybe especially for our trials. Afterall, He is using my issues with food to bring me closer to Him and learn to depend on Him. Wow! How about you? Have you been able to praise Him for this trial? Even once?

    I try to praise Him for my weightloss and forget sometimes. Sometimes I set a goal and forget to consult Him on whether it is a God goal or a me goal. I really appreciate this post because it does remind me to thank Him while I am on my journey. Thanks!

    Michelle- yes sometimes I forget to praise Him for every pound, and every compliment belongs to Him! I few obesity in a whole new light because of Christ and His work in my heart. The journey is wonderful.
