So I am almost done with level 3 of the 30 day shred and I have noticed a big difference! I am really wanting to try something else from Jillian and I heard of Ripped in 30. I wanted to know if anyone of you guys have tried this...How much did you loose? Did you notice any change? I will be starting this workout out in about 6 days and needed some tips from anyone who did this workout.(: I will also be taking some before and after pictures.^^

Im going to be finishing the 30days shred too and i want to know if anyone knows another other work out to do next.
im know im no where near to my ton body but i do know that im am now on bord and will keep tring new things before i take a break from working out then jest give up completely.
i know that if you keep it up and fing new way to keep your self motivated and find new things to inspire you(like trying your old pair of jeans on) then you can keep pushing yourself.
i cant do this alone.0
