Week 7 - Day 2

Hey yall!!
so today for me was week 6 day 2 - and I it was/ I did: 14/14/15/15/14/14/10/10/44 - I was really dying at the end there.. wow this week is hard!!
anyway I see that we have new people around posting there updates and I'm loving that. also I would like to explane how our logging works.
the 100 pushups works in 3 days, so what we do here is - post what week the group is (this week is 7) if you started later than just look what week the group is (weeek 1, 2, 3 ..etc) and that would be your week 1 .
and we also put what day it is (day 1, day 2 or final day 3)
now if you did your Day 2 of whatever week you are but there is no topic for your day than feel free to create a new one! that just means you are the first one to finish day 2
the reason I'm wrighting this is cause I saw that people are posting day2 on day 1 and I'm imagine that is cause no one created the topic.

Brunagota; You are fantastic! I'm so proud of you for your persistence and dedication … And I'm so impressed that you agreed to arm wrestle your brother, let alone that you beat him!
Donna: Form is important. (see below!) But 17 to 21? … great improvement already!

Me: I've been struggling. My knee injury has taken a turn for the worse. I'm still doing PT twice a week. I mentioned that my neck and back have been tingling after my pushups. She didn't like that; said it's nerves, not muscles. She checked my form, and said I had my arms way too close to my body. She told me to wait a few days, and try them again, with my arms away from my body. She also warned me that it might be harder, as I had been "cheating."
So, that's what I did today. Still feel a little tingling. So, yes, Donna, good form IS important.
I did Week 5, Day 1 again, as I had struggled with W5D2, and it's been a longer rest than it should.
Program calls for 17/19/15/15/20+. I did 22.
I don't expect to do any more until Monday. It will be a long weekend. Yard sale on Saturday. Clean up enough to reclaim the tables for my granddaughter's 5th birthday party on Sunday. I may be too tired to move ahead, so on Monday I'll decide if I do W5D2 or D1.

ahhhh....my first fail!!!!
Goals: 20/25/20/20/28 (max)
I did: 20/25/20/20/24
Seriously....I just couldn't even hold myself up....:frown:
Sooooooooooooooooooo, I think my next try (Monday) I will repeat Week 4 / Day 2 - until I can do it.....right?
I hope it's ok that I'm posting on this post even though I am NOT in week 7. But I kind of started with the "original" group....let me know if I should do it differently....
