slim in 6 beginner!!

So i just started day 1 of slim in 6.

my legs were weak by the time she instructed to do lunges! i couldnt believe it. my Legs were sore the next day, walking up stairs slightly hurt! but im happy, i know its working,

im just hoping to see results by week 6!

im finding it hard to find something healthy to eat when im just so use to eating bad!

how do you do it?
