I currently do Jillian Michaels dvds and the Brazil Butt Lift dvd program.I also do other workouts like jogging or walking.I do any JM dvd one day,a BBL workout the next day,the JM 30 Day Shred the next day,another BBL workout the next day.........and the pattern keeps going from there.If I feel like jogging,walking or doing anything else workout wise when I am bored,I'll do it.That is my current workout plan,and I plan to stay with that for awhile.0

I just did the Slim in 6-Start it Up DVD...hoping to stick with it and Im also wanting to re-start the TurboFire Program on Monday I feel so good to finally get up and do something!!!0

Tomorrow morning I am going to go for about a 2 mile jog, do lunges, crunches, and squats! Then while at work I'm hoping to get a little swimming in (i'm a lifeguard).0

OK so don't laugh at me but if everything goes according to plan, I have mapped out my workout all the way until next June. Sunday I plan starting an eight week hybrid program consisting of turbofire/ weider x factor. When that is finished I will take one recovery week and maybe just do an hour walk everyday--- After my recovery week I will start turbofire 20 week program which I should finish around march 1 ---- I will take another recovery week then complete a hybrid turbofire/les mills body pump, i should finish this program around June 1 --- which I will decide if I'm going to complete insanity workout at that time -- that's the plan but it's also my vacation time so I will see0

Tomorrow starts week 8 of turbo fire. Typically I don't make it this far. I am so proud of myself. the progress is slow but I am keeping with it.0

Right now I'm running doing ease into 5k which I love. I should be done with the program the end of september and after that I want to start 1 hour runner as well as some type of strength training.0

I am still debating on starting P90 again. I also have TurboFire. years ago I was a runner and it really was one of the best workouts for my body, however, I don't think I could even run a block right now. i'll figure it out by September 1st0

I am starting up my Turbo Fire again today ...didn't make it far my first go but now I have a friend that just got it and she is going to hold me accountable. She has lost over 100 pounds and has already made it through P90X and has been in a triathalon and does some serious bike peddling. The really sad thing for me is that over a year ago her and I decided to go on a weight loss plan together. At that time she had already lost a bunch of weight but wanted to lose about 50 more pounds. Needless to say, she stuck with our plan and I didn't......so, she is now fit and trim and I weigh the same!! Man....that absolutely stinks. But I will forgive myself once again and use her help and motivation to stick with the work outs!0

I have been taking my time with 30 DS, (its been a month and a half and im only on day 14). But I plan to kick it up a notch and add C25K ( I have registered for my very 1st 5k in Oct.). After I Finally complete 30DS I may do it again for good measure and then do Ripped in 30. I would like to do Turbo Fire as I love Chalene. Maybe ChaLean Xtreme to build muscle (not sure yet) and then I will probably do Brazilian Butt lift so that my booty will be beautiful for June 1st. lol. Well thats THE PLAN anyway. I don't have any fitness dvds, but I've been going to the gym 6 days a week for the past two weeks. I went sporadically in July but now I have more consistency I do weight training plus 30-40 minutes of cardio 3 days a week, and 45-60 minutes of cardio 3 days a week. In July, I got a free session with the trainer and she put together a routine for me which I have altered slightly. Hopefully I can keep up that same intensity because the results have been great so far.0

Just wanted to say that I'm doing 30DS 6 days a week with 1 day break.
I also am doing Yoga Meltdown, both dvds by Jillian Michaels, 7 days a week.
This is as of 8/31...in a couple weeks or months, I may and probably will switch it up but for now, that's what is shrinking me and getting me into shape.0 -
I don't know why mfp won't let me edit my posts but whatever.
I have to forgo the intense 30DS and do yoga and long walks instead due to shin splints.
Will also make time to do ab workouts on the side. Will wait to do hard cardio and squats, lunges until I'm fully healed.0
