OK, this is gonna be hard

I decided to try using all the tools here at MFP. this is going to be hard, since most of what we eat is homemade, and has no nutritional values associated with it. I can't really exercise much - I'm only going to put in at the end of the day what my pedometer says for the day.

So far, this site claims that I should be in the 170's range by now. methinks the algorithms ain't quite right. :huh:
