Eating more raw

I have come to the conclusion that vegan raw food diet is the way to go. Stop the cooking, just blend, or chop or mildly cook with steaming or a quick boil. Enough with the cooking-cooking. It takes up my whole Saturday. And the raw food diet is so easy. Buy the healthy green, yellow, orange, red veges and fruits, wash what you use; throw in some nuts and /or some sprouted grains and/or some protein powder, maybe a little almond milk - add water, let the blender whirl and I am done. Free to ride my bike, garden or whatever - but I am out of the kitchen.

    I am on the SAME path. I am probably going to wind up 70 per cent raw as my protein is fish--or tofu
    and that IS cooked---but I am absorbing all the raw recipes and such as I can.
    I am going to buy the Magic Bullet--it pulverizes the entire veg--
