Been weighed

Hi All, I got weighed yesterday as Friday is my normal weigh in day (soz I am a bit OCD so don't really want to change it) I lost 3.5lb this week giving me 7lb so far yeah made up the hard work is paying off.
Hope everyone is doing well can't wait to see how everyone does on Monday

Forgot to post my weigh-in on Wednesday. 1/2 lb loss, but at least it wasn't a gain! :happy:
