    wait it out.

exercising while not well can do more harm than good

The only thing that has made me take a break in my running schedule is my cataract surgeries. But then I haven't had a Upper Respiratory Infection either. That may stop me dead in my tracks, too.

I have run with a cold, but not with the flu. Just take it easy.

Thanks y'all! I am toning it down with some 30 day shred (minus cardio) until this passes

    Above the neck, run.

    Below the neck, rest.

especially when it is below the belt :)

I'm out with a bug right now. Kept running for a week, but just kept getting tired-er and more congested and sickish. So I finally gave in and am taking a break for a few days.
