How's it been for everyone so far? I blogged my first experience with the challenge. Here is the URL if you are interested:

Over the weekend, when I ate my leftovers from Chang's, I remembered to only eat half at a time. I was hungry afterwards, but not until about three and 1/2 hours later. I think eating small meals every four hours is encouraged over eating three large meals a day. I think this may be working out for me. Drinking the cold water before the meal definitely helps a lot!
