Does anyone else do this DVD? I was trying to figure out how to put it in MFP.

Does anyone else do this DVD? I was trying to figure out how to put it in MFP.
I don't have that one, but for the ones I do have, I try to figure out if it's classified as cardio or weight training, and then put in my time. I know it's more accurate to use a heart rate monitor, but I never take the time to put mine on. I usually end up only eating half of the exercise calories because I know MFP over-estimates calories burned.0 -
That's what I was trying to figure out. It has a warm up, and 30 minutes of body weight training (squats, modified push ups, ab work, leg lifts, etc.) Hmmm.... cardio strength training?0

Too much work!!! hahaha I've been on exercise restriction since day 1, so I can't imagine doing all of that now. I would pass out.
I think I'd call it strength training. Even if it is body weight, we are all adding body weight daily/weekly on this board!0 -
You could also list it as circuit training maybe.0
