    Started off weighing 320 its taken me a little over 2 years but now im to the point of losing between 8-10 pounds a month im gonna be ambitios and i want to weigh 160 on christmas day!

    20 pounds in 4 months. I need a new push so this group will be great! I've lost 49 pounds so far this year, so it seems like 20 more in 4 months should be possible! :)

    My ultimate goal is to lose 30 lbs by my 30th birthday (in May). I am forcing myself to take it nice and easy and aim for 1lb a week.

    12/31 GW: 160- anything less will be icing on the cake!

    This weight lost has been a slow steady process for me. I am not trying to eliminate any foods, instead I am learning to make healthier choices and learn some self restraint. Life style change!!

    I am planning on drinking at least 12 cups of water daily and completeing 30 day shred and c25k.
    (Should probably mention I have to start both programs as well :laugh: )

    unsure of my starting weight, I have been "off the wagon" for the last 5-6 weeks and am too scared to get on the scale. Last weight was 197.

    GW as of 12/31/2012: 184.4 lbs (nice round number)

    Goal is to be stronger than I have been, to avoid the typical "crash and burn" that has plagued me during Jul and Aug, and to lose a minimum of 1 lb per week between now (8/27) and Thanksgiving. Second goal is to help and support everyone in this group along the way.

    This will get me 4lb away from my actual goal weight of 165- that would be truly wonderful!

    GW is 199, I want to finally be under 200 lbs for the first time since high school.

    Plus jan 9th will be 1 year with MFP and that would be a grand total loss of 83 lbs in 1 year! :smile:
