Hi, Guys!
I decided to stick with Week 5, Day 1.
I did the same as I did on Friday.
No improvement, but, in a weird way, it feels like there was.
I'm NOT feeling up to par today. And I did it!
I ALMOST quit.
But I was able to complete it.
Hands wider apart, makes it harder, but no tingling in the upper back and neck. Yay!
Program calls for 17/19/15/15/20+. I did 22.
Kelsey: You did enter in the right place on Friday!
Brunagota; You've been quiet. Everything OK? Wondering if you did W6D3? Or the final exhaustion test?
For my sake, I'm hoping you stick around for a while longer!

Helloooooooooooooooooooooo! It's me, In and Out Kelsey!
On Monday I repeated Week 4, Day 2 - and B-A-R-E-L-Y made it!!!! But I did it.
My next one will be Week Week 4, Day 3. I should do it today, but I am not going to because I have a session with my personal trainer today - and I suspect I will be doing pushups with him. If I do them now, I'll never make ii in my session. So, I will do Day 3 on................I guess Friday.
I have a feeling I will be repeating weeks/days, as this is getting HARDER!!!!!!!!!!
But hey, I'm actually seeing some definition in my truck driver arms!!!! I'm a rather petite person but have always felt like I have big truck driver arms!!! heheheheehhehehehe

Hi, I did the 100 pushup app yesterday. And the day before it had me to a fit test. I was on week 6 day 3 and then, after my fit test it said Congratulations... you've completed the program. I was confused and just wanted to workout. Now it had me on Week 4 day 1. :indifferent:
Has anyone else had this happen before? hmm...
Anyway. I did 12/14/11/10/ and then 25
