Hey everyone!
Hope everyone is still on this and going strong! So to start off this weeks results:
SW: 152 lbs
W1W: 149.6 lbs
W2W: 150 lbs
W3W: 145.2 lbs
W4W: 142.3 lbs
W5W: 141.5 lbs
W6W: 145 lbs!!!
W7W: 141.0 lbs (yaay! back on track from a dodgy week :P)
Total Weight Loss (to date): 11 lbs
Only one more week to go, lets give it one final push, we can do this, 20 lbs target reached or not, whatever we have lost is still a loss and an achievement!!
