Lake Wilson hike sunday

I plan to hike Lake Wilson sunday. It is listed as 2.6 mi. & usualy takes me around 1 1/2 hr. moderate terrain. Weather permits -will go late am to avoid the heat of the day. Any NWA members are welcome to join. I recomend bring 2 bottles water & a light snack

I don't have any plans this weekend yet, so as long as you don't speed hike, I might join you!

haha no speed hike here- I uasualy cut accross the dam & don't do the last .6 mi. It's a pretty hike, too much to see to hurry!0

MIL is having shoulder surgery Friday. Will see if one of us can get away. If not...thanks for taking initiative for our group!0

I'm thinking 10:30for the hike. For anyone that hasn't been there befor-This hike will be up a hill, over a cpl of creeks & winds around the lake. One of my favorite things (if we have sun) is the hundreds of wild hisbicus that ring the lake. It could possible be muddy in places & slightly strenous at times. Will pace it accordingly.
The following week will be a afternoon walk in Bella Vista led by our moderator. Hope to see & meet some of you at one of the meets!0 -
