Sorry to disappoint the team for August, but I did the best I could on my worn out hip :-( My hip replacement is scheduled for November 21. Until then, I will walk as much as my hip will allow. Thanks to all of you for being so inspiring ... Special thanks to Coorinder for all you have done to keep this group motivated and challenged! I hope you are still here when I am able to run again! Best wishes to everyone in achieving your September goals. Think of how fortunate you are to be running ...

Shelly I am so sorry about your hip. I remember you mentioning it a while back. What you did is really an accomplishment considering the context. Be proud of yourself!!! I really have enjoyed you in the group. Take care of yourself and we can't wait until you are healed from your hip (I will miss you :brokenheart: ) :flowerforyou:'
EDIT (to add): I just added in your mileage for August and you made the Pink/Red Team (close to the goal - completed 80% of goal or more) - which is way better than I did last month :blushing: Great JOB!!!0 -
