Happy hump day challengers!

How's everyone's week going so far? Happy and healthy I hope:happy:

Today we are back to one of my favorite topics. Workout music share! I have added a few new songs to my workout playlist that I'm pretty happy with. Music is so motivating for me, it would be difficult for me to push my hardest without it. It's also great for relaxation, yoga and meditation are always more calming with gentle sounds in the background. The songs I'm sharing today are more upbeat tunes for lifting or cardio.

Can't wait to hear all your music shares :)
Have a great day challengers!:flowerforyou:

Happy wednesday!!! Hope everyone is sleeping better this week! I slept for too long last night, I've had a headache that won't go away, so I tried sleeping it away, still didn't work... =/

Here's some more of my workout songs...

    Super Bass - Nicki Minaj
    Bullet Proof - La Roux
    Next to you - Buckcherry

Have a great rest of the week!

I haven't listened to any exercise music all week. At work I am listening to Jefferson Airplane greatest hits
  • I'm in my 40s and while I listen to all kinds of music styles and eras, I prefer 80s pop for working out. Here are three from my playlist:

    Safety Dance, Men without Hats
    Africa, Toto (awesome song)
    Sunglasses at Night, Corey Hart

    Pitbull- Back in Time

I really dig music that has a modern beat with a throwback to an old song!
