Acne outbreak

Since being diagnosed with PCOS. My cystic acne has improved tenfold! I went years with painful cysts and acne to it magically disappearing, thanks to my BC. Recently, I pulled a 3 month stint off my BC and Aldactone and I've been dealing with the worst breakout ever! My face is seriously painful, I have cyst-like acne on my right cheekbone, both sides of chin, near my nose below my eye and I cannot take it!
Has anyone every used anti-biotics to cure a breakout. I suspect there may be some infection here but I have some leftover antibiotic I'm thinking about trying to get it to clear up. It's all in the same place and keeps coming back, birth control isn't helping it anymore...
