Apple with Almond or Peanut Butter as a snack?

According to what is in the CTL book, you shouldn't have fats on HC days. I assume this means a snack of an apple with almond or peanut butter is out of the question? Anyone have any wisdom on this? It's kind of a staple for me as a snack to help with hypoglycemia...

I would just figure out on MFP what your carb count or fat count would be afterwards.
Seems like a healthy enough snack and if it helps your hypoglycemic than all power to you, just might have to compromise your numbers in other meals to get what you consider to be your aim for carb count and fat count.

Example: LC day I try to be under 100g of carbs on that day.

With a snack like that it is way healthier than a snickers or any other junk food. As much as you are using the CTL program for your weight loss you also have to be realistic in that it needs to work for you, or it might just become another "Diet".

    Just my opinion.
