Looks very yummy! I had never even *heard* of biscuits and gravy for breakfast before traveling through the south two years ago. Traveling, and learning about new traditions, is a very good thing!

Biscuits and Gravy are my favorite breakfast food. Yum! I like them with mushroom gravy (any spicy or brown like gravy seems to satisfy me) but I haven't really discovered a go to recipe for them. I'll keep this on my "to do" list. Thanks

I had never heard of them either until I spent some time at my "adoptive mother's" home. When you would wake up in the morning she had a huge pot ready on the stove that everyone would just grab when they woke up and got off to work or school or whatever.

It was love at first bite!
