Hey folks, new to this group so thought I would say hi. I am Kim and am 30 years old.
Decided enough was enough last year when I got the fleg of my life when I topped the scales at 13st 4 so joined slimming world. I pretty much faffed about with it but did lose nearly a stone and a half. I then stopped going to classes and put over half a stone back on!
I joined MFP five weeks ago and have lost 10 pounds. I am now just over midway goal I set myself last year of four stone. I never thought It would be possible to ever get back into the nine stone bracket again but it seems possible now. Being 5ft 2 9.5 stone is at the top end of the healthy weight for my height but WHEN I get there I may try to get a wee bit lower!
So thanks for reading that drivel and I look forward to interacting with some fellow Brits!
