Company took me out to lunch. Had a half pound steak and black beans and rice with plantains, no sauces or extras. Anybody want to help me figure out calories?

I know it's too late now, but in the future for things like this, I'd calculate each item.
Rice - 1 cup? More?
Black beans, I'd look up black bean soup instead, because it has ingredients in it instead of being just beans.
flat steak or skirt steak
I'd choose some other commercial place from the list since La Granja isn't there. Then I tack on a few extra calories for the fact that it's likely cooked in butter or laden with grease.0
