joining weight watcher

ive been given a referral to join weight watcher by my Doctor, due to start next week, ive borrowed my mums ww book as ive never done pro points before, but cant find how to work out my pro points allowance does anyone know how to do iam 32, 5ft 2 and a grim 19stone 1lb

Sorry dear, I don't know what the calculation is at that weight. Maybe you can sign up for a month just to get started and then work the plan on your own?
