I'm getting RID of this weight

I keep reading loss/lost, I keep thinking I don't want to find it. For me the weight is GONE, I've gotten rid of it.
I just think saying that and knowing that I have to maintain that helps me mentally. ![:tongue: :tongue:](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/tongue.png)
If you lose something... you go looking for it. Do you really want to find that weight again? Not me, so I've gotten rid of it. I TRASHED it. :-) What do you say on the matter? :happy: :happy: :happy:

I have always said lost. Just easier, I think. Though, I have ZERO intentions of ever finding it again!!0
