Strength + Cardio?

I like to work in cardio after my weight training. I am a little concerned that extended cardio, imediately after weight training, may cause my body to burn deteriorated muscle. I try to run on off days, but I enjoy hitting the bag after lifting. Any thoughts?

Mr. Frank, you should be good with doing cardio after your weight training. As long as you are eating clean, wholesome foods and replenishing your body, your body will recover. Keep up the good work!
