New to the Group

Hi ladies!

I've been doing Chalean Extreme for the last 2 months and have 1 month left. I just started adding Turbo Fire this week on my non-lifting days. Boy is it one hell of a workout! I love it though! I'm not very good with some of the choreography but I'm doing to best I can and I figure as long as I'm moving that's what counts. I wore my HRM and couldn't believe I burned 544 calories doing Fire 45 EZ.

I increased my calories as of today to 1800 so I'm a little nervous but we'll see how that goes.

    I just re-started Turbofire this week :) I love it.
    I also LOVED Chalean extreme. After 20 weeks of TF. I plan to do a hybrid of the two :)
  • I just started Turbofire today and I absolutely love it!! she is so fun! After I do the round of TF I want to get CLX. I'm expecting a plateau at some point and if I do I think that will give my soon to be weightloss and extra kick!

  • I am new to the group also, started Turbo Fire/Turbo Jam last week. I have had it for several years. No matter what workouts I purchase, I always find myself going back to Chalene!!!
