Did you make your goal?

For those of us who are now in their Fall semester, did you make your goal? Did you come close?

My goal (as you probably noticed) was to lose a modest 5 lbs for the Fall semester. My goal weight was 233 pounds, and I actually managed to lose a little extra.

Goal weight: 233lbs
Current weight: 230lbs

Anyone else want to share their results, good or bad?
