  • Kept within my goals and exercised daily so very happy. Lost less than my wk 1 target but happy with 1lb and 1 inch off waist and hips :-)
  • Great job meeting your goals everyone! I thought I wasn't going to make it, but I weighed myself this morning and I'm under my week 1 goal. I know it's a day late but I'm still going to count it!
