Got my water in but I drink water like there's no tomorrow anyway. I had to really be dedicated to get my workout of tae bo in. I finally had to make myself go to our bedroom to do tae bo while my toddler took a nap. It felt soooo good to get my excercise in!

Day 1: I was lazy... but managed to stay right around my calorie goal and had only 6 glasses of water (plus coffee). I was just exhaused from the night before.
Day 2: Drank 8 glasses of water, did 22 laps in the pool plus some water exercies for my legs, stayed under my calorie goal, and even managed a couple of glasses of wine, and a couple of very light beers - since we cooked out for the holiday by the pool.

Today I have managed my 8 glasses of water. I have stayed within my calories for two days( was off for about a week before that)
goal for tomorrow, eat more fruit and veg less processed foods!
Oh and I have been to gym two mornings in a row and plan to go the nest three0
